Mondelez to foot bill for in-house nanny
Mumbai: In a bid to facilitate work-life integration for parents, Mondelez India has decided to reimburse expenses incurred by its employees on in-house nanny services. The policy, which is applicable for employees with children aged from 6 months to 4 years, also includes those who have taken the adoption or surrogacy route to parenting.
