Sears opening stores for a change

Sears confirmed the new Home & Life stores, and Peter Boutros, chief brand officer for Sears and Kmart and president of Kenmore, Craftsman and DieHard brands, said they will sell items from Sears' "power categories," with merchandise determined by local needs.
