Walgreens attorneys argued in a Delaware court this week that the drugstore retailer's board acted quickly when learning of fraudulent claims by Theranos, a blood-testing startup (now dissolved) that Walgreens partnered with starting in 2012, according to reports in Bloomberg Law and Law360.
