London startup Trouva has raised £17 million ($21.8 million) in funding to grow its online marketplace featuring independent boutiques, as reported on Wednesday (Nov. 27). Trouva’s platform showcases brick-and-mortar boutiques selling “beautiful” and elusive trinkets. Funding was led by Octopus Ventures, C4 Ventures and Downing Ventures. Also participating were BGF and LocalGlobe.
