New Delhi: The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) will take up Future Retail NSE -4.04 %’s application seeking approval to complete its ₹24,731 crore deal with Reliance Retail on Thursday. This will be the first hearing for Future Retail’s application in the NCLT after an earlier one was deferred following the Delhi High Court’s interim order that put the deal on hold and asked statutory authorities including the Securities.
