AM Retail Group was formed as a wholly owned subsidiary of G-III Apparel Group on July 8, 2008. The company was created to operate retail store locations owned by G-III. Under our umbrella are Wilsons Leather, G.H. Bass & Co., Calvin Klein Performance, Karl Lagerfeld Paris, and DKNY stores.
